Molly Day is a former professional dancer turned fitness coach who specializes in bringing joy to movement.  Molly believes that fitness should be inclusive, body neutral, and focused on building one’s self-esteem.

Exercise can be a vulnerable activity for people and it can bring up many different emotions. Molly’s goal is to help people lean into those big feelings and come out the other side stronger and happier.
